CNC CUTTING
Through-cut · Any 2D profile · Angled edges
Our vibration cutting process creates clean through-cut profiles and silhouettes in foam sheets. Suited to geometry that needs to be separated through the material rather than milled as a recessed pocket.

WHEN VIBRATION CUTTING MAKES SENSE
The blade follows a programmed contour and separates the material along the cut line. Suitable for through-cuts, external profiles, internal cutouts, sheet components, foam layers, and angled or beveled edges.
Vibration cutting = profile / silhouette. CNC milling = depth / pocket.
CLEAN EDGES
Clean from top to bottom.
Oscillating knife cutting mechanically separates the foam, producing consistent, clean contours with minimal tearing and deformation. The edge surface is stable and predictable from prototype to production.
CUSTOM SHAPES
Not limited to straight lines.
Circles, rings, rounded rectangles, hand-grip openings, curves, irregular profiles, and custom silhouettes. Any practical 2D geometry can be translated into a programmed cut path.
ANGLED CUTS
More than a vertical edge.
Selected blade configurations can create sloped edges — 30°, 45°, or 60° — for applications where a bevel improves handling, assembly, or the transition between foam components.
